When you send an e-query, we send you a report with the names of the individuals contacted and their company. Depending on the company, the query is sent to the development director, creative director, creative executive, producer, acquisitions director, president, or other individual who handles screenplay submissions. Your e-mail query letter should be a paragraph or two; your postal query letter only one page. You should feature a logline of ideally 50-60 words followed by a brief description of your film, along with supporting bio and promotional material about yourself.
