GINI GRAHAM SCOTT, Ph.D., J.D., is a nationally known writer, consultant, speaker, and seminar/workshop leader, who has published over 50 books on diverse subjects, including business, work relationships, professional and personal development, social trends, popular culture, crime, memoirs, and marketing and promotion.

She has extensive experience in both the book publishing industry and the film industry in working with publishers, agents, film producers, and film agents. She developed this expertise through pitching her own books and scripts, and participating in numerous writing and film industry groups, including the American Society for Journalists and Authors, Writers Guild, National Writers Union, Film Independent, Women in Film, and many others. She has also been an organizer of a half-dozen writing and film industry groups and has facilitated meetings on getting books published, finding an agent, writing a good proposal, and related topics.
She founded Publishers and Agents, the Film Connection, and the News Media Connection in 2003, as a result of her efforts to get her own books published, resulting in finding a dozen publishers for her most recent books. The company grew year by year as word of the success of its clients spread by word of mouth and through articles, such as in the Wall Street Journal and Contra Costa Times. She sold the company in October 2008 to focus on writing books and scripts for herself and for clients, and continues to work as an adviser and independent writer for the company.
Her latest books include: WANT IT, SEE IT, GET IT; ENJOY! 101 LITTLE WAYS TO ADD FUN TO YOUR WORK EVERYDAY, and DISAGREEMENTS, DISPUTES AND ALL-OUT WAR. A forthcoming book with ABC-Clio is PLAYING THE LYING GAME. Her personal Website is at www.ginigrahamscott.com.
Scott has also written 20 scripts, treatments, and proposals for TV/Video reality/game shows, documentaries, and series. One script has been produced as UNBALANCED with VideoVue and Changemakers Productions (www.changemakersproductions.com) and is expected to be released in 2009.
Scott has received national media exposure for her books (including appearances on Good Morning America, Oprah, Montel Williams, CNN, and the O'Reilly Factor). She will be hosting a nationally syndicated radio interview radio talk show CHANGEMAKERS beginning in September 2009. It will feature interviews on various topics, using a similar format to a previous show which aired for 2 years to 2 million listeners in over 70 countries. Scott has also been a successful game and toy designer with over two dozen games with major game companies, including Hasbro, Pressman, and Mag-Nif. As a songwriter, Scott has written over 100 songs, featured at www.songworks.net, and has cuts on several records.
She received a PhD in Sociology from the University of California in Berkeley, a JD from the University of San Francisco Law School, and MAs in Anthropology, Mass Communications and Organizational/Consumer/Audience Behavior, and Popular Culture and Lifestyles from California State University, East Bay.
